The Medway approach

Customers should be able to get clear advice without being pushed into the most expensive option. The work should be safe, neat and properly tested. And when the job is finished, the customer should understand what has been done and how to use it.

• Clear communication
• Respect for the property
• Neat, considered workmanship
• No unnecessary upselling
• Proper testing and handover
• Accountability after the job

Gas Safe registered

Gas work is completed by a Gas Safe registered engineer within the appropriate scope of registration.
